Behind the Lens
Adrenaline, Roots, and the Number 13
My name is José M. Rodriguez, and Dreizenh Fotography is more than a business name—it reflects a life shaped by passion and loyalty.

The Origin of a Symbol
Since childhood in my beloved Extremadura, I have felt a special connection to the number 13. It was my number as a soccer goalkeeper and later the racing number that stayed with me when I began riding motorcycles. When my faithful German Shepherd came into my life, I combined his breed with my lucky number and named him Dreizehn—“thirteen” in German. A later typo transposed the final letters, creating Dreizenh, the spelling that eventually became my brand. Today, Dreizenh Fotography honors his memory and the personal history that followed me across the ocean.
From the Sun of Extremadura to the American Dream
I crossed the Atlantic in search of sun, salt air, and the American dream, eventually settling in Tracy, California. I brought with me pride in my Extremaduran roots and a European perspective on motorsports—one that values both the pure speed of motocross and the honest beauty of a classic car wearing its original patina. To me, the wear on an old car tells a story of survival and character that deserves to be celebrated.

My Purpose: Preserving Your Passion
I do more than record what happened; I photograph moments that become part of your own history. My goal is for an image to bring back the adrenaline, effort, and emotion of that instant—not simply show a jump, a turn, or a machine.
I use equipment suited to sports and portrait photography and continue developing my technical and editing skills. That combination helps me create photographs that respect the effort you put into your sport and the care you dedicate to your vehicle.
Let’s speak the same language—whether in English, in Spanish, or through a shared passion for sports, automotive, and commercial photography. I am here to help give your story a visual form.
